My own variation of Mee Goreng & Japanese Grilled Fish
Ingredients and seasonings for mee goreng
Light soy sauce
Dark soy sauce
Sweet soy sauce
For how to, kindly refer to my previous mee goreng entry on march 27th=)
Japanese Grilled Fish( no picture taken becos it didn't look pretty..but it tasted good tho' so here's the recipe)
Fish dusted with salt and ground black pepper
Chinese light soy sauce(i prefer this to japanese shoyu)
Grill for about 10 minutes on each side.
