I fiddled with my camera settings and the pictures ended up looking dark.Bleah.
Today, fresh steamed fish was lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, light soy sauce, rice wine, ginger, minced garlic and 3 pickled plums.It tasted really good.
Tom yam soup had water, kombu, small florets of cauliflower, mushrooms, black fungus, tom yum paste, hotdogs and beaten eggs simmered in a crockpot.Some cilantro was stirred in to give it extra punch.I am going to add ground beef later for hubby's lunch tomorrow.
