Pork Congee

Hubby wants a light lunch for tomorrow and i am cooking pork congee over the crockpot now.

Pork slices are marinated with light soy sauce, ground black pepper and sesame oil.Congee is made with one cup(180cc) of washed raw jasmine rice, equal amounts of water and chicken broth.One part rice:8 to 9 parts liquid.Salt to taste after congee is done.
