Sweet and sour marinade consists of one cup kikkoman sweet n sour sauce, one tablespoon minced garlic, 2 tablespoons light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon yeo's spicy chilli sauce, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 4 tablespoons shaoxing wine.Lightly dust fish with salt and ground black pepper.Place fish in baking tray then pour marinade over the fish.Pieces of silken tofu around the fish.Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for 25 minutes.Serve immediately.

I know it's pretty tasty because the husband ate 2 full bowls of rice today;)

Oh and they're selling for US11.00 per fish at a restaurant whereas i spent only US5.00 for making 2.
